Information About All of Our Fundraisers
This fall, Tyrone Elementary PTO wanted to spare families the burden of traditional fundraisers by having a Direct Donation Campaign instead.
By writing a one-time, tax-deductible check to the Tyrone Elementary PTO, you are ensuring that all of our children continue to benefit from the excellent programs and activities that our PTO has provided in the past along with some new ones. Our 2010-2011 projected expenses is $17,000
- Our goal, this fall, is to raise $12,000 to fund our programs (remaining funds will come from Scrip, Box Tops, and Winter Carnival)
- We budgeted $35 from each child but any amount is greatly appreciated.
- Our desire is to have 100% participation
Please remember that 100% of your tax-deductible donation goes straight to work for our students. With your generous donations, the PTO will achieve the funding necessary to support our great programs.

Benefits of Participating
- The official kick-off of the campaign is August 5th at “Meet the Teacher”.
- Any person donating $100 or more will receive a Tyrone Tornados T-Shirt.
- Any class with 100% participation will receive a pizza party.
- The first grade level with 100% participation will get to enjoy a “Games 2 U” party
How Can I Help?
- We are asking for $35 from each student, but any amount is greatly appreciated.
- You may donate by check or online through PayPal.
- For check payments: Please complete the donation card and make your check payable to Tyrone Elementary PTO.
- To pay with PayPal, click the PayPal button above. After you make your PayPal payment you will have the opportunity to fill out your donation card online.
- Send in your check and form to school with your child or donate online through PayPal by Sept. 5th, 2010.
- Be sure to share this information with family and friends that may want to support the school.
- Remember, your donations are tax deductible and 100% goes directly to our PTO.
- All contributions will be kept confidential.

Scrip does not cost you a dime. Our Scrip fundraiser is gift certificates to various merchants that you purchase at face value and can use as cash. View our Scrip page for detailed information. |

Publix Grocery Cards are available free from the PTO. Simply hand the card to the cashier upon checkout and a percentage of your total grocery bill will be given to our school. |

Kroger Grocery Cards work the same as the Publix cards. They are available free from the PTO. Simply hand the card to the cashier upon checkout and a percentage of your total grocery bill will be given to our school. |

Just cut the Box Tops for Education coupons off the tops of most General Mills foods and send to your child's classroom. It requires no additional cost to you and our school receives CASH. |
